September 1, 2009 Paso Robles Butter Co., a wholesale distributor of gourmet compound butters, will release its Chardonnay & Cabernet butter September 1st.
The butters are a blend of organic butter, wine produced from the Paso Robles region, and natural herbs. The product comes packaged in an 8 oz. clear sleeve and a 4 pound tub. Our product is offered to winery tasting rooms, gourmet food boutiques, caterers, restaurants, fish markets, cheese shops & bakeries.
Our compounds mimic the French Beurre Blanc sauce that originated in the Loire Valley of France almost one hundred years ago. When gently melting the butter in a pan, you create an instant Beurre Blanc sauce. Make special sauce variations by adding additional flavors, ranging from raspberries to truffle paste. The butter can also be used as a bread spread, adding a gourmet touch to crostini, sandwiches and appetizers.
